Yogurt curry pakora is a really different and overwhelming Asian dish prepared with an astonishing mixture of yogurt, gram flour and pakora. The dish is considered to be healthy as it contains dairy and fibre rich ingredients. Curry is mostly served with boiled rice in Bangladesh and with naan in the southern asian areas.

Yogurt Curry Pakora Recipe
The recipe is a nice blend of besan and yogurt cooked with desi spices on medium flame. Then fried pakoras are added into the dish. In the end, a nice tarka of zeera (ser) and onion is included.
- 1/2 kg Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 6 tbsp Gram Flour Besan
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Salt or upto taste
- 4 glass Water
- 2.5 medium size Onions chopped
- 2-3 Green Chillies as per taste
- 5-6 Coriander Leaves Dhanya
- 1/2 tsp Custody Powder Haldi
In a stock pot, fry Onions until golden brown.
Add Ginger Garlic paste along with red chilli powder and custody powder. Simmer.
In a blender, add yogurt, water and gram flour (besan). Blend the mixture well. (You may also use beater to mix the ingredients)
Add the liquid mixture and salt into the stock pot.
Simmer the mixture on low medium flame, until it forms a medium thick liquid
Prepare delicious Pakoray and add them into the curry.
In a fry pan, add 1tbsp oil, fry half Onion and Ser (zeera) and add it into the curry. Mix well.
Serve with Boiled Rice or Naan.
Do not cook on High Flame
