Watermelon is the most common fruit available during the summer. I found it hard to eat, but since I came across watermelon juice, amazingly it is the best thirst quencher for the season and helps the body stay hydrated. You definitely don’t want to miss this one!
Watermelon Juice Recipe – Summer Hydration
- 1 cup Watermelon chunks, seeds removed
- 1/2 tsp lime / lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice
Refrigerate watermelon chunks for 1/2 hour to cool.
Now in a blender, combine watermelon chunks, lime juice and ice. And blend.
Pour into a glass. Top with mint leaves (optional)
