Sesame Chicken Dhaka Style Recipe
- 8 pieces Chicken
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Corn flour
- 1 tsp Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chicken cube powder / grounded
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard powder
- Oil as per requirement
Wash chicken pieces properly and drain water using a strainer.
In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, chicken cube flour, black pepper, red chilli powder, salt, beaten eggs, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder. Add water and mix the ingredients to make a thick paste.
In a pan add water (3-4 cup), along with vinegar and add chicken pieces to boil. Make sure that the chicken has properly sinked into water.
When water comes to boil, in approx 5-10 minutes, turn off the heat and drain chicken pieces using a strainer. Let the chicken pieces cool.
Now in a deep frying pan, preheat oil at low-medium heat. dip each chicken pieces in ready batter, coat with sesame seeds, put in wok and fry on low flame.
In a flat plate or dish, layer sesame seeds. Now, start coating chicken pieces by first dipping in the mixture and then flipping over sesame seeds.
When coated properly, fry on low heat until golden brown.
