Reheat Pizza like it was made fresh a moments ago. We often come across leftover pizza pieces which do not possess the taste and flavor which it had originally. It’s because of the stiffened cheese and crust which takes away Pizza’s pride from it. Weather you heat it in an oven, or on a pan. It’s original formation is nowhere to be seen, in fact what we get, is a hard crust pizza who has lost it’s identity in the refrigerator. This is a huge problem for Pizza Lovers like me. So how to sort this out?
I’m going to tell you a really easy trick to get back your Pizza in it’s original form i.e. soft crust and all cheesy and fresh.
The Oven Way
What you will need
- A glass of water
- Your Pizza
When you are ready to heat your pizza in oven, place a glass of water beside it. Set oven time for at least 1 minute (or as needed). And let oven do it’s job.
Are you having questions like what was the glass of water for? or what will it do to your beloved Pizza?
Well, the answer is, that water will create steam inside the oven, which will eventually soften the crust and melt cheese. Hence, you will get a fresh-like pizza that you will be able to enjoy once again.
Don’t worry if you don’t have an Oven, we got it covered with a pan! Keep reading.
The Pan Way
We are obviously NOT putting a glass of water beside the pizza here. But what we are going to do, is when you place your pizza pieces on the pan to heat, cover the pan properly. Make sure there are no loops holes for the air to cross. Covering the pan will , hence doing the same trick of softening crust and melting cheese, bringing back the pizza in its original shape.
