Knorr or Maggi Noodles Thrill in 2 minutes
Spicing up Knorr/maggi Noodles for additional flavour with chicken and vegetables.
- 2 packet Noodles
- 1/4 bowl Peas
- 1 medium Potato chopped
- 1/2 medium Carrot chopped
- 1 piece Chicken boneless (optional)
- 1/4 gram Cottage Cheese / Paneer chopped (optional)
In a pan, boil all vegetables that you are willing to use. Remove water and keep aside.
Now prepare your 2-min noodles in pan. i.e Boil noodles for 2 min and add flavour sachet into the pan.
Boil chicken or fry chicken piece separately and shredder it using two forks. (You can also use leftover chicken pieces from any meal that you have prepared.)
Now add vegetables and shredded chicken into the noodles pan along with cheese and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Use of cottage cheese is optional, but it brings really good taste in the soup and is extremely healthy.
- You can use any vegetables that you or your kid like.
