Recipe of Ginger Lemon Mint Tea
The drink is prepared from boiling ginger, lemon, mint together.
- 1 tiny piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Lemon juice without seeds
- 4-5 leaves Mint Leaves fresh
- 4 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Honey or as per taste
In a kettle, boil water.
Once the water start to bubble add ginger, and mint leaves. Give another boil. Now add Ginger along with honey (for sweetness). Give a last boil and turn off the heat.
Serve in cups and enjoy hot!
- Do not over boil.
- You can skip adding honey if you don't like the drink to be sweet.
