- 2-3 Potatoes cut in cubes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp Ser Zeera
- 3-5 cups of Water
- 2 tsp Oil
On low heat, put oil in a pan and let ser fry until golden.
Add half glass of water along with all the spices; salt. custody and black pepper (as per need). If you like more spices you may add green chillies and red pepper.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Now pour water up to potatoes level. Cover the dish.
Simmer potatoes for at least 15-20 min.
One water has been evaporated and potatoes are soft, serve.
