A traditional potato pakora (aloo pakora) is delightful snack. The recipe highlights common traits of potato pakora in Pakistan. The recipe is easy to prepare and loved by many.
Crispy Potato Pakora Recipe
- 3-4 Potatoes peeled & thinly sliced
- 4.5 gram Gram Flour / Besan
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- Oil for frying
In a bowl add flour and gradually add water to form a paste. (Not too watery and not too thick)
Now mix in salt, red chilli powder and dhanya.
Dip in slices of potatoes into the mixture.
On a medium to high flame, place a deep frying pan and add cooking oil.
One by one add potato slices into the pan, and fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with sauce.
